One of Carol’s personal favorites is The Smiths Lane Yarra valley Chardonnay. She loves to enjoy it on a warm summer day perfectly paired with a charcuterie board. Elie, on the other hand, savors the rich flavors of the Heathcote Shiraz which he pairs with classic red meat or hearty pasta dishes.
