Shipping Policy

Our shipping/delivery costs are based on your order weight and delivery location. Deliveries are generally handled through ‘Australia Post’ or ‘E-Go.’ For information about processing times or terms and conditions, please visit e-go.com.au or austpost.com.au.

*FREE SHIPPING applies to national metro locations (excluding N.T) or major cities as deemed by our shipping providers. All regional locations are subject to the relevant shipping charges.

Our shipping/delivery costs are averaged for both metro and regional areas nationally. Please select the zone/charge that is most suited to your location. If you should fall outside these areas, you may be contacted to arrange an additional charge to help cover the costs associated with your delivery address.

We make every effort to ensure your package arrives in the best possible condition including packing orders with bubble wrap, packing tape and using “fragile” stickers. However, as the shipping itself is handled by the above mentioned third parties, we will not be liable for any costs related to any damage incurred during transit or other losses such as theft. Our shipping charges are based on the cheapest possible way of delivering your order. If you would like to arrange registered post etc for additional protection, please contact us immediately after you place your order and we will arrange the relevant charge and extra service.
